About Anatriptic Alchemy
Xerlan Deery and Christopher Deery are licensed and board-certified massage therapists in Pennsylvania, with a combined experience of nearly 60 years. Their practices specialize in: Oncology Massage, Pain Management, Post-Op and Surgery Support, Prenatal Massage & Sports Massage Therapy. They are both Preferred Practitioners with The Society for Oncology Massage (S4OM) (https://www.s4om.org/) and Xerlan is a Preferred Provider for Unite for Her (https://uniteforher.org/wellnessprogram1/).
Locations and Services
Xerlan: Provides services at the Cancer Center of Paoli Hospital and McGlinn Cancer Institute at Phoenixville Hospital. At these locations, oncology massage is currently only available to individuals actively undergoing treatment. Christopher: Works as an Elite Massage Therapist at Lifetime Fitness in King of Prussia.
Continuing Education for Massage Therapists
Anatriptic Alchemy is an Approved Educational Provider through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) and a Recognized Education Provider through The Society for Oncology Massage (www.S4OM.org). They offer continuing education classes for licensed massage therapists at hospitals, AMTA Chapters, private groups and conventions throughout the United States.

If you are thinking about scheduling a session with me please read this first. Due to the current pandemic I cannot provide massage therapy and comply with social distancing being six feet away. I have a small home office and can only see a very limited number of individuals each week. I will require each person to have a phone conversation and orientation as well as completing a new digital intake form. Payment will also be required to be touchless by Square or by use of the Unite for Her Passport. Each session will be created and cultivated to meet your needs and goals. I am committed to providing inclusive, knowledgeable and compassionate massage therapy and bodywork in my practice. This is a LGBTQ friendly practice. I want to be inclusive of everyone regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, beliefs, size, diagnosis etc. In my opinion there are way too many people that are not being treated well in this world. It is not a contest of who is discriminated against the most.
