It Isn’t All About Me

I want each session to be all about you. I do understand you might want to know a little about me before you schedule an appointment. Every time I need to have a bio somewhere it is a challenge for me.

  • I want it to be different
  • I wonder what people really want to know
  • I consider what I should put in and what I should leave out.
  • I do struggle between giving information and trying not to brag.

Practice and Experience: I am passionate about Massage Therapy and Bodywork. I am a Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist and hold the Specialty Certificate in Oncology Massage. With over 30 years of experience I have had an opportunity to develop a very diverse skill set and have provided massage services and worked side by side with other healthcare professionals in training rooms of collegiate athletic programs, in hospitals, cancer centers, physical therapy and rehabilitation practices. Since 2016 I had been part of the Integrative Care Team at the Cancer Center of Paoli Hospital utilizing massage therapy and bodywork to support patients during chemotherapy, radiation, and post-surgery. Due to the pandemic I am currently on not able to be there but very much look forward to being there again as soon as possible. I have a very small, carefully curated, private practice in Phoenixville, PA where I constantly and consciously strive to balance clinical integrity with holistic practices specializing in therapeutic massage and bodywork supporting medically involved humans including oncology massage for people in treatment, metastatic and active survivors, pain management, post-operative care, and prenatal massage.
